Hi, I'm Nina.
Most of my work starts when a team knows something needs to change but isn't quite sure what, or has a direction and wants to shape it and plan the delivery. I work on strategy, creative direction, and communications to help team leaders get clear, aligned, and move forwards with confidence.
I'm often brought in alongside agency teams or organisational leads to connect brand, audience, and business priorities, shaping direction that works in practice, not just on paper.
With 20+ years working in-house, agency side, and independently, I understand how organisations work, inside and out. I've partnered with teams across everything from small brands to large global ones, in sectors including healthcare, real estate, and renewable energy.
Alongside that, I co-founded an award-winning sustainable fashion brand shown at London Fashion Week, won Entrepreneur of the Year, received a charity EVCOM award for a blood cancer campaign film, and contributed to a Silver Fab and Gold Roses award win with a UK agency.
In 2017 I went independent, combining systems thinking built inside organisations with agency methodology. Now I work directly with charities, NGOs, and agency teams, helping CEOs, team leads, and business owners get clear on what their brand is doing and what to do next.
